Posted June 01, 2018 07:01:58 When the water is still and the water temperature is still, I find it hard to relax and stay focused on my work.
This has been my experience over the past three years.
That’s because when the water’s been low and there’s still plenty of water, I get nervous and have a hard time focusing.
When I’m in a big wave, I can still be focused, but the stress of having to get out of my boat or get my gear and make sure I’m OK with the risk increases exponentially.
I know there’s an app for that, but I just don’t have time to use it.
My main focus right now is getting my kids ready for college.
It’s also a priority to be able to get home to me.
But there’s a lot of work I have left to do before I’m able to go home.
I’m not sure how long I can keep working on my art, but for now, I’m going to go with my gut and get it done.
