A new seascaped park is opening up in Newport, Virginia, and it’s expected to attract thousands of visitors a year.
The Newport News Seascaped Park is expected to house more than 100 acres of parkland, as well as a golf course and a public playground.
It is being built in Newport by the Newport Beach-based Seascapes Park Group.
The park, which will open in 2018, is the first in the country to offer its visitors a seascaping experience, with its sand and water features.
“It’s a wonderful place to be,” said Ken Ault, a Newport Beach resident who owns and operates the Seascaping Park.
The Seascapers Park will include a large golf course, a public park, and a sand and gravel beach, according to Newport Beach Mayor Kevin Whelan.
It will also feature a community garden and a nature reserve.
It’s not clear when the park will open, but the park’s website indicates it will be in place for at least five years.
The park will include:A large grassy meadow; a public beach; a private clubhouse; and a park playground.
It will be located on the north side of the Newport Harbor, about 10 miles south of Newport.
It’s not the first time a seacape park has opened up in the area.
In June, Newport Beach received a $25 million grant to build a seacoast park.
